I received it as a gift, and I used it believing it was authentic, but I have no proof, and I don't know much about it. I believe the earring backs are Chrome Hearts. The posts are K18 due to my silver allergy. There is no Chrome Hearts mark on the back of the head, so I'm not sure. Please examine the images carefully and purchase only if you are satisfied. It's silver, so it looks like the images show. Unfortunately, it's not to my taste, so I haven't used it much. Please understand that this is a used item and the above points before purchasing.
