Valve Index. There appear to be some minor scratches on the lenses. Used infrequently. Purchased in 2023. There is some aging, but it's still in good condition. Operation confirmed. Functionality checked in VRChat. Please see the images. Only the controller charging cable is missing. (A regular Type-C cable can be used as a substitute.)
