I purchased this last year at a select shop in Kyoto for 15,000 yen (excluding tax). It's light and comfortable, with a relaxed fit around the waist. The cuffs and hem have frills. It can be worn in a mannish style with boots or elegantly with pumps. I bought it for a special occasion, but I haven't had a chance to wear it. I hope someone will wear this dress and enjoy it.
