I tried to use this to tighten my pelvis after giving birth, but it didn't even reach! I ended up just wrapping it over my clothes. I bought a size L, thinking my body shape would have returned a bit after giving birth... I've taken a picture measuring from one end of the postpartum garment to the other with a measuring tape. It's 85cm, so I think the waist size limit is around 80cm-83cm. Please check carefully before purchasing for your reference. I have a similar item, and it's very comfortable because you can adjust the pressure with the two Velcro closures. I've stored it after washing it once with delicate detergent.
