The strap stitching has come undone. Is there anyone who can fix it? The bag itself has no holes and is usable. Even though it has a problem, it can still be used as a shoulder bag. It's an authentic product. I've used it for 3 years since I bought it. I've wiped off the dirt on the outside, but there might be some scratches. It's been sitting in the closet for 2 years.
