I purchased this item on May 6th. I've only used the item once, and I primarily use my SHURE SE846G2GT. Therefore, this item is practically unused. The original included cable has a defect; I can't hear sound from the right side. I tried different converters and other cables, but only the included cable didn't work. I believe it's a factory defect, but I've been busy and haven't had time to get it replaced. I'll offer a price reduction to account for the cable issue. Thank you.
