Thank you for viewing. This is a 60's-70's Levi's 502 Big E denim pants. This is an original vintage, not a reproduction. As a successor to the 501ZXX (the zipper version of the 501) released in 1954, the 502 was released in 1967. However, the shrink-to-fit denim and zipper were prone to problems, and production in the United States is said to have been discontinued in 1971, making it rare due to its low distribution volume. (According to internet research) I purchased this at a used clothing store several years ago, but I haven't had a chance to wear it, so I'm selling it to organize my closet. There is overall fading, stains on the right knee and right hip area, damage to the left back pocket, and other scuffs and wear, but I think it will be fine for those accustomed to used clothing. Also, although it is presumed not to be the original length, the hem has been chain-stitched, and there are wear and tear, so it doesn't feel out of place. Also, the zipper is SERVAL, not SCOVILL, so it may have been replaced.
