Sylvanian Families This is a set including the Light-Up Big House, figures, and furniture. Everything in the images is included. The lights seem to be broken, as they didn't turn on when I tried putting in batteries. The stroller and chair have some discoloration and sun damage. The figures are a bear, a squirrel, and a cat. The baby bear has paint chipping and is in poor condition. The squirrel and cat also have some pilling and show signs of use. *Please understand that these are used items that children have played with. *There is no box. They will be shipped in a cardboard box.
