This is a Satsuma Kiriko pendant made by Satsuma Glassworks, which I purchased at Sengan-en Garden in Kagoshima City during a trip. I bought it with the feeling of "jumping off the Kiyomizu-dera stage," so I took it out and looked at it several times, but I've only actually worn it two or three times, and it's still in beautiful condition. (The bag and the pamphlet show some signs of aging.) The shape is similar to a teardrop. Image 4 was taken from below. Size of the glass part excluding the bail: approximately 2.5 x 1.2 cm Chain length: approximately 60 cm Metal fittings: Silver (as stated in the pamphlet) Images 6 and 7 were taken from the Satsuma Glassworks website. I believe this is a successor product to this pendant. As I get older, I don't think I'll have many opportunities to wear it, so I'd like to pass it on to someone who appreciates it.
