The color is navy. I've worn it about twice. As far as I can tell, there are no noticeable stains or tears, and I think it's in good condition. The fabric has a glossy feel that makes it look elegant and also allows for a cute, mature look. The hem is designed to be slightly longer in the back. The waist is elastic. It has a lining to prevent see-through. I will also be listing it on other sites, and if it is sold there, I will delete this listing.
