I obtained it through negotiations with a foreigner. The insert says "The Rocket," so I believe that's the name of the modified pen. There's a hole in the end of the pen, but there's no ink shaft. The cap comes off easily, so please adjust it by wrapping cellophane tape around the end of the pen. I've set the condition to "bad" to avoid any trouble. The price is set arbitrarily, so feel free to negotiate a reasonable discount.
