This is a set of 24 congratulatory and condolence stamps. It comes with a case. Two stamps have been used. The red ink pad is dry. The black stamp pad is not dry and appears usable at first glance, but it is old and not recommended for use. Due to aging, two stamps are deformed (photos 6 and 7). The others should be fine, but please forgive any oversights.
