A pale pink-beige body with gray kasuri (ikat) patterns, the so-called "greige pink." I took the photos in natural light, but the sunlight was too strong, making it appear quite beige. In reality, it's a bit more pink. It has a round collar and hand stitching, giving it an amazing aura typical of the 50s. The fabric is cotton from Dan River Fabrics, which was a high-quality fabric at the time, indicating that this was a high-ranking shirt within Towncraft. I highly recommend it to those who love rayon as a second piece, or even those who have avoided rayon because it's too beautiful. There's a quality that doesn't quite come across in the photos. The tag is in pristine condition, and all the Bakelite buttons are intact, making it a beautiful item. It's a size S, but the actual measurements are around 15-15 2/1, and even I, at 180cm and slender, could wear it with room to spare.
