This item is new and unused. The blade, which has a cover, is clean, but there are scratches on the exposed underside of the handle. While organizing my kitchen, I found these scissors. I removed the bag and tag when I stored them. However, because they were stored with metal cooking utensils, the underside of the silicone handle has multiple scuffs and rough patches, as well as scratches, caused by contact with hard objects. Please examine the photos carefully to understand the condition of the scratches before purchasing. Please ask any questions before purchasing.
