This is a shirt jacket from ZARA. I purchased it at a ZARA store in December 2023 for 6,990 yen. It's not oversized, but there's room to wear a long-sleeved shirt underneath (I'm 175cm/80kg). It doesn't have much stretch. The material is a cotton/poly blend, but it looks like knit at first glance, and I think it's a fall/winter item considering when I bought it.
