It appears to be unused. The fabric is stiff, so I don't think water has passed through it. It's a bandolier for 100 rounds. Except for the material of the belt, it's the same type as those used in the Vietnam War. Manufactured in 1997. It's a real item. There is some dirt on the bottom.
