My child wore these; they were purchased for an accommodation study as they usually wear a uniform. They are lightweight and comfortable for boys who are active. They also have pockets and are practical. There is no front zipper, so they may not be suitable for children with a prominent waist. Overall, they are clean with no major noticeable flaws, but there is one snag (see photos 8 and 9). I personally think it's not very noticeable, but please consider this if you are concerned.
