I purchased this at the Louis Vuitton store inside Takashimaya near my home. I've used it about 10 times, maybe less. I put it back in the box every time I used it and stored it carefully in my closet. I just noticed while taking the photos that the second photo shows the item with the original plastic still on it. Please check the fourth and fifth photos, as there are scratches on the gold hardware. It's difficult to photograph due to the reflection, but there are scratches. They are not noticeable when using the bag, but please refrain from purchasing if you are looking for a perfect item. As you can see in the sixth photo, I have the receipt, but I also purchased other items. My full name is on the receipt, so I will not be sending it.
