They feel a little tight, so I'd like to give them to someone who needs them. I've tried them on over underwear, so please refrain from purchasing if you are sensitive to this. They have been washed once, but there is no stretching of the elastic. In the third picture, they look navy, but they are black. The color is as shown in the first picture.
