This is a noodle-making machine. The gears are quite sturdy, so it can make low-hydration noodles. However, it doesn't have a cutter, so you'll have to cut the noodles by hand. But, stretching the dough is really easy. Please clean it thoroughly before using. It's not that it's dirty, but this is just how noodle machines are. The part that supports the dough, I forgot the name, but one of the four screws that hold it in place is missing, so I'll sell it at a lower price. There are no problems with its usability.
