This is a manual hair clipper. It has a Showa era feel to it. As you can see from the photo on the box, it appears to have been purchased for 800 yen back then. Even though it's been decades, the quality of the old item and the good condition it was kept in are apparent, and it's very clean. There's no rust and it moves smoothly.
