I've used this watch for about a year and a half, so there are some scratches from normal use, but no major gouges. Since it's on the inside of the wrist, they're not very noticeable, but I've noted a small scratch that bothers me personally (see photo 7). There are no cracks. Also, I have not gone swimming or entered the ocean while wearing the watch. I cleaned it with a soft cloth and brush before listing it. The instruction manual is also included.
