These cargo shorts are free size. I've only worn them two or three times, so they're in great condition. I don't quite remember, but I think I bought them at WEGO. They're free size, but the waist is elastic, and I, with a 60cm waist, could wear them without a problem. I think they'd be cute coordinated with an oversized long-sleeve tee or a sweatshirt, patterned socks, and platform shoes. I've included some photos of me wearing them in the third image, though they might be a little hard to see.
