These are zori (Japanese sandals) used for a 3-year-old's Shichi-Go-San (a traditional Japanese festival for children). There is a bell in the heel, and it makes a sound when walking. They are a cute pair in red and gold. The length from the tip of the zori to the heel is 17cm.
