This is a sticker from "jingo," a brand with strong right-wing leanings that was located in Shibuya's Cat Street, above Pink Dragon? and near ELT. It's from almost 30 years ago. They were distributed to shoppers and acquaintances. Some people may have seen them guerilla-pasted on street signs, etc. Please refer to the lighter for size.
