This doll swaddle secures dolls and stuffed animals with ribbons inside and fastens the lid with snap buttons. Size: Approximately 29cm (from the top of the head to the bottom) x 15cm. There is no gusset, but it can expand to a diameter of about 10cm, so it should be usable for dolls with some thickness. This item was originally included with a doll I owned, but it has been stored unused.
