【Price Reduced!】 This is a frill tote bag from Studio Clip. I bought it a few years ago for around 3000 yen and used it a few times. When you tighten the string at the top, it becomes like a drawstring bag. I also bought a shoe-shaped pin badge and attached it to the string and handle. The colors match and it's cute.
