This is a pair of white Hagi-yaki yunomi (teacups) made by Shusui of Tenryu Kiln. I loved the beautiful and gentle white color and have been displaying them for a calming effect. At first glance, they may seem simple, but the horizontal lines at the top and the angled lines from the center down are stylish, and the delicate sensibility is refined, allowing you to feel the skill of the potter.
