I purchased this from SHEIN last year. I used it for a wedding and only a couple of times after that. It's 16cm, but it felt a little small, so it might be just right for a child who wears 15.5cm. Please understand that this is a used item before purchasing. Also, I have dogs and cats at home, so please refrain from purchasing if you are sensitive to this. m(_ _)m
