This is a Korean neon light, and a conversion plug is included, so it can be used without any problems with Japanese outlets. There are some minor scratches, but I think it can be used without any problems. The power turns on without any issues. The outer box has some tears, so we will reinforce it and attach the shipping label directly to the box before shipping. Returns and exchanges are not accepted.
