The monkey's nose is slightly fuzzy, and the mirror has some issues (see photos). There are some areas with slight stains if you look closely. The inner tube was inflated using an air pump, so it wasn't inflated by mouth. The air pump and box are not included. There are no air leaks or tears, and it's stored deflated, so there are no photos of it inflated.
