I've used this a few times after purchasing it, but it doesn't suit my playing style, so I'm selling it. I don't think I've used it more than 10 times, but please understand that it's a used item. There are no major scratches. The D'Addario NS Capo has been popular for a while now. Why not try it as your first capo, or at least get it at a slightly lower price?
