There are markings on the tag. (Yellow part in the 3rd photo) There are stains from playing in the mud at nursery school that did not come out in the wash. They are light brown stains. They are not very noticeable due to the original color of the pants, but please refrain from purchasing if you are concerned. (Areas circled in red in the 4th, 5th, and 6th photos) There is a gray stain, possibly from a pen, on the front of the pants.
