There are stickers on the bus windows, but only 6 are left, out of 10. They seem to have come off at some point. It makes sounds. The dolls and dresses are not included. It seems a bus stop was included, but it's missing. The box is a little worn, but the original box is included. If you'd like the batteries that were used, I'll remove them and include them when packing. My twin children loved this and were always fighting over it.
