I kept this displayed in a room away from direct sunlight. I purchased it about two years ago. The clock works without any problems. I'd like to use it more, but I'm reluctantly selling it because it doesn't match the style of my new room. There are no noticeable scratches, but it has the unique atmosphere of the artist. It's something that's difficult to obtain, as it's often sold by lottery. I don't plan to lower the price in the future.
