This is a Uniqlo turtleneck. It's an off-the-shoulder style with buttons on the side of the neck, making it easy to put on and take off. Also, it doesn't constrict the neck, so it's comfortable for children to wear! As you can see in the second photo, the striped one has a stain. It's a very easy-to-wear color combination!
