This is a local Iwate Prefecture toy from Morioka, called Chaguchagu Umakko. I purchased it about 25 years ago, but it has been stored in a glass case, so I think the condition is quite good. Height: Approximately 18cm Length: Approximately 12cm Width: Approximately 4cm
