AUTOart's 1/18 Porsche 911 Turbo in red. This is a discontinued and rare item, and it's difficult to find one in this condition. I purchased it new and have kept it in storage, unused and un-displayed. The product number is 77831. As expected from AUTOart, the build quality is superb, and the red paint is exceptionally beautiful. The "911 Turbo," the first turbo model of the 911, was released in 1975. The 911 (930) Turbo, Porsche's first turbo-equipped production car, was subsequently improved and evolved into one of Porsche's flagship models. This model refers to the fifth-generation model, code-named 996, manufactured and sold from 1997 to 2004. The main feature is that the air-cooled engine, which had been one of the trademarks, was converted to water-cooling, primarily to address global environmental issues, especially in Europe. It's a super-beautiful item, only opened for inspection and photography, and is as good as new. Of course, it's unused and un-displayed. Also, the vinyl bands securing the car body have not been removed. I haven't touched the model itself even once. I'm selling it to organize my collection. I don't think you'll find this kind of condition very often. Although it is an unused and un-displayed item, there may be individual differences due to the manufacturing process.
