Includes only the main unit and USB receiver. Microphone is not included. I have confirmed that sound can be played wirelessly by plugging the USB into a computer. Operation is good. It has only been used a few times, and there is no significant battery degradation. If you would like, I can include a general-purpose USB charging cable.
