Thank you for viewing. As everyone knows, this is the quintessential and classic metal snare drum, the Ludwig LM402. The batter head is a REMO Coated Ambassador. The resonant head is the original Ludwig clear head. The snare wires are also original Ludwig. I purchased this new around the fall of 2012 and used it several times for performances and rehearsals. My main snare drum is now different, and it's a shame to let this one sit unused. I'm hoping someone who will cherish it will purchase it, so I'm putting it up for sale. There are some scratches and pits from use (photos 10, 13, and 14), but there are no operational issues. Please check the photos. For this sale, I have performed an overhaul, polishing, and greasing maintenance. Although there is no shoulder strap, I will include a soft case for a 14x6.5 snare drum.
