This is a chiffon dress with white polka dots on a navy blue background. It has pleats, so it sways gently and prettily with every step. I removed the tag, but I have only tried it on and haven't worn it outside. Please refrain from purchasing if you are concerned, as it has been stored by a private individual. Also, it will be folded for shipping, so there may be some creases. They should come out if you hang it on a hanger, but please be aware of this before purchasing.
