The Level7, also known as the "Monster Parka," is designed to be worn in extremely cold conditions within that layering system. The shell uses waterproof and breathable EPIC material, and the insulation uses Primaloft (PrimaLoft), which is lighter and warmer than down, making it a washable, mil-spec outer.
