30 Harrier, driver's side RH leather seat, with heater, the surface is new. The part number is 71071-48422-C0. It was from a 2008 model 240G L package vehicle. Please search by the part number for compatible grades. I planned to replace it, but it became unnecessary, so I stored it in an indoor warehouse. I have opened it for photography. There may be some wrinkles from storage, but they should stretch out and not be noticeable when installed on the seat. I will sell it cheaper than when purchased from the parts distributor, so how about refreshing it if you are concerned about torn seat surfaces?
