This is the bodice of an Uchikake (a type of formal over-kimono). I believe the embroidery is beautiful. There are also areas with small, scattered stains on the white fabric. There are also some cut areas. There are threads coming out from where it was unraveled. Please check the images for each of these. I have uploaded images of the areas I could confirm, and I don't think they are too severe, but please check the images and forgive any oversights.
