This is a Uniqlo top. When worn, the fringe detail hangs on the shoulders, giving it a look that's between a sleeveless and a French sleeve style. The fabric has more stretch than a typical T-shirt and I think it's less likely to lose its shape. I liked the feel of the fabric and bought it, but I prefer tops that cover more of my arms, so I'm putting it up for sale.
