Cosmic, spacey, funky, and soulful, the evolved jazz sound is here! Only YUSUKE HIRADO can create this unique sound that fuses JAZZ, HIP HOP, and electronic music! While following in the footsteps of Dego, Kaidi Tatham, and Henry Wu, pioneers of broken beats from West London, you can also feel the inspiration from jazz masters such as Miles Davis, whom he respects, and jazz/rare groove giants like Roy Ayers and James Mason! The title, "TOWER OF TOUCH," is a fitting name for the keyboardist Hirado, who aims to reach the world through the touch of his fingertips, representing the "pinnacle of touch" in this work! The members invited to this project include Takuya Nakayama, a 23-year-old bassist from the promising young jazz band Gecko & Tokage Parade, and Masaki Nagata, a drummer known as a member of ZAI IN FUNK and for his collaborations with Hajime Yoshizawa! The sessions, with a high degree of freedom, develop into a single story, creating an unprecedented sense of tension and excitement in Hirado's work.
