This is a very cute binder with star-shaped sparkles! It's ready to use as soon as it arrives. At a major shopping center, it would cost over 3500 yen if you bought the binder and the paper inserts. It's in the same condition as when I bought it. There may be some millimeter-level discrepancies, but I checked it myself. It's 14.5cm tall and 12cm wide. It's an A7 size binder and paper inserts ^-^
