This is a JUSGLITTY floral dress. The waist is elastic, making it comfortable to wear. Also, the hem of the dress is flared instead of straight, so it flutters beautifully in the wind and is very cute. It was one of my favorites, but I'm selling it because I don't have the opportunity to wear it now that I have a young child. It has been stored in a closet at home.
