Gifu Hardcore! This 2011 compilation, titled "Hardcore Illegal Dumping," is by BREED and features six Gifu bands. First up is BREED, the organizer, known for their participation in compilations from the prestigious 625 label, delivering a powerful blast of fastcore. Then there's SEPTIX, an Italian-style slash hardcore band known for their split release with N.E.K. Following them is DIRT-D, a veteran Gifu newschool/NY-style hardcore band formed in 1999. SALMONELLA offers a unique instrumental, experimental/noise/ambient sound, while MINDERASED incorporates programmed elements into their grind/hardcore, having released several demo recordings and gaining attention. Finally, STUPID TROUBLE, a skatecore band featuring members who are now in VOLT VALITATION. This compilation features a total of 11 tracks, with SALMONELLA contributing one song and the other bands each contributing two. This is a high-quality compilation, a must-have to understand the Gifu scene, released as a CD.
