Purchased a long time ago from "ZONA," a famous general goods store with its main branch in NY. It was a unique interior shop that stood out from other interior shops, with a mix of general goods, furniture, tableware, garden goods, iron products, and fabrics from all over the world. It was a "Santa Fe style" ZONA style, not just "stateless style"! The store is no longer in business.
This is an Italian-made ceramic jug. It's handmade and has handles on both sides. It can be used as a vase or a water pitcher.
Just by displaying it, your room will be transformed into Italy.
There are crackles on the bottom and the lower part of the jug. There are no chips or hairline cracks, and there is no worry of water leakage. The emerald green edging and leaves are lime green and emerald green, and a dark green leaf tightens the whole. In the center, there are large peach, sunflower, and blue floral patterns, creating a spring-like atmosphere. The emerald green leaves and floral patterns combine to create a bright and cheerful feeling. I feel the artist's thoughtful direction.
It's a vintage piece from the late 1970s.
